“When She Comes Knocking” selected as 2023’s Best Summer Suspense Novel by PenCraft Book Awards

In May 2024, Dan McDowell traveled to Las Vegas, NV to the historical Binion’s Gambling Hall to receive his award for When She Comes Knocking— a dark and winding psychological thriller.

The award was presented by PenCraft Awards Founder, David Hearne.

While in Vegas, Dan and his wife, Tiffiny, stopped by the Heart Attack Grill, visited MeowWolf, saw a Criss Angel magic show, and took a trip to the Hoover Dam.
